The AAFA is at the forefront of asthma and allergy patient support and advocacy, and if you want to get involved or need assistance, this page will help you find the chapter nearest you. There's just one problem: the AAFA has only 9 regional chapters, and their geographic coverage is, at best, a bit spotty. Great swaths of the U.S. appear to have no regional chapter.

Although the list of actual AAFA groups is very small and really wouldn't be helpful too many people, I gave this site four stars because on the side there is a link for support groups. If you click on that you can find a support group in your area. That is how I found the support group in our area. It took me 2 years to find it and I finally did it by stumbling on this site.
