OK, maybe they spared the expense of artistic or engaging web design, but the important thing is that they clearly put a lot of work toward ensuring that the content is thorough and up-to-date (check the name of the site if you don't believe me on this). I first read through the whole thing and felt it was organized rather willy-nilly, but then I realized that there are helpful navigation links along the left side of the page, so I'll forgive that. The page may not have everything you'd ever want to know about hay fever, but if you have questions after reading it, you'll at least be informed enough to know what to search for.
