Keep in mind that this page was last updated in 2003, so there may be some new evidence for or against some of these methods.

I hadn't heard of many of these "allergy tests". This article described each one, what it claimed to do and the adverse implications. Very educational. There are also some great links to more allergy information at the top of the page. This article is 4 years old, so I was a little concerned that new information may have surfaced since then, but over all I found it to be very helpful.
