Although this site does have some very useful information, I gave it only 3 stars because I was disappointed with it. It is very plain, but more importantly some of the links did not work. So it got a bit frustrating. But, it is still worth checking out because it does have some good resources both with food and other blogs and sites up above. But keep in mind it lists a lot of sites that are against milk, the blogs at the top will give you some information on others living with allergies to milk.
