It seems like it would be easy to avoid eating eggs -- after all, everyone knows what an egg looks like -- but eggs and products derived from eggs show up in just about every aisle of the grocery store. This page provides a very thorough chart of foods that people with egg allergies should avoid. It's a bit too general -- not every casserole contains eggs, for example -- but if you have a serious food allergy, it's better to be safe than sorry.
This page covers all the things that you should avoid if you or your child has an egg allergy. There is a charted list of things that should be ok to eat and things that are not. It also has a "how to read a food label" content and what to add into a recipe for replacing eggs. I found it to be very helpful.
EXCELLENT list of products you'll want to avoid with an egg allergy. So well put together and concise I would send anyone I know with an egg allergy here to get this important information. Great page!
