Like most Mayo Clinic pages, this one on shellfish allergy is easy-to-read, concise, and packed with important facts. Not exactly the catch of the day, but it's a keeper.

An excellent guide to shell fish allergies. I actually learned a few things from this article too. It covers the basics of shell fish allergies in an easy to read manner.
