I clicked on the link and was immediately taken to a page giving me the option to subscribe to a newsletter. Not sure if that happens all the time or if there's any way around it, but I find that sort of trick to be incredibly annoying. You don't have to sign up for the newsletter, though, and I proceeded to the real content of the site. After having a look at the information on food allergies, I began to think that maybe I should sign up for the newsletter after all. This is a very informative and interesting little guide to food allergies. I've looked at a lot of food allergy pages in my time, and there are actually some things here I haven't seen on any other sites. The chart with signs of food sensitivity is a good feature, and the lists of most-allergenic and least-allergenic foods is entertaining if nothing else. The "8 facts about food allergies" were so interesting and important, I can honestly say I wish there were 9.
An excellent article that covers "every thing you need to know about food allergies". The article explains in easy to understand terms what allergic foods are, how and why the body reacts to them, how to test for them and so much more. It's a very educational article and I learned a few things from it too.
