Some pretty good information mixed in with some dubious information. It's widely accepted that breastfeeding may reduce the risk of a child developing allergies, but it's not really scientifically proven, from what I understand. This article does a lot of presenting just one side of the story.

The article was good at promoting breast feeding to help lessen the likelihood of a child developing a food allergy (although not completely proven it is recommended by most Doctors). It described what happens if a baby has a food allergy or food intolerance. I thought that some of information was misleading and some of it was inaccurate. It also seemed to lump food allergies and food sensitivities into one category making some false "food allergy" statements.

The information is well written and well presented. But as far as offering an explanation for the cause of food allergies, the site has an obvious agenda. There are conflicting opinions on whether or not breastfeeding or early food avoidance makes a difference.
