A very good introduction for food allergies, specifically geared toward kids. I think they did a pretty good job of writing at a level that most kids can understand, without "talking down" to them.

It would be more helpful if the information were broken up into more "bite-sized" chunks but otherwise, it's a great page for elementary age kids who are looking for information on their own.

I clicked on this site and then clicked recipes and the first thing I saw was homemade peanut butter. I was expecting to see recipes for kids with food allergies based on how I found the site.
