A nice article maintained by a non-profit group (GIG) explaining the list of food items which may and may not consumed for someone sensitive to gluten. The point about not starting the a gluten-free diet without proper diagnosis is important.
This page is fine if you are avoiding wheat but not if you are avoiding gluten. I notice that it offers up Ry-crips and rye flour as possible alternatives. There are NOT acceptable for a gluten free diet (they are ok if you are only avoiding wheat). The rest of the information looks reasonably ok for a gluten free diet but even oats can be tricky. You need to make sure that they are certified as "gluten free" oats. Oats can be cross contaminated with wheat during the harvesting and transporting process.
