This article was lacking in information about what I consider to be a fairly big problem for latex allergy sufferers: food preparation in restaurants. I imagine that people put themselves at huge risk when they eat out at restaurants where food is handled with latex gloves. I was also surprised that the article didn't contain more information about alternatives to latex in gloves and condoms.
