I'm not exactly a chef, so I wouldn't use this article very frequently myself, but I imagine that people with a wheat allergy might want to bake their own bread or make their own cereals and pasta if they couldn't find alternatives in the store, and in that case, this would be a very helpful resource.

Great article!!! I would have killed to have had this when we were going thru our son's life threatening allergies. These substitutions are just the ticket to get you going with a wheat free diet. It's not super easy to follow at first, but I found it to still be a very good resource I plan on passing along!
